David is a fourth generation REALTOR from Franklin, TN. Through his youth, he spent many Sundays with his Dad at model homes and worked his way through high school and college doing residential construction. At the age of 21, while a full time student at Lipscomb University he embarked into Real Estate.
David’s unique, historical perspective of the city, youth mixed with experience, and dedication to hard work, are his core talkable differences. He prides himself in efficiency, never wanting to impose on clients or waste their time. Aside from systems and efficiency, his specialties include New Construction, the Urban Core, Renovation Projects, and Williamson County.
David calls Marengo Park home, a small historic neighborhood between 12 South and Lipscomb in a house renovated in 2015. Previously, he has called several different Nashville neighborhoods home: 12 South, Crieve Hall, Belmont Boulevard, and Otter Creek Rd.
Investment in this city has been an important hallmark to David's career, flipping properties and undertaking rentals in Crieve Hall, North Nashville, Green Hills, South Nashville, Franklin, and Wedgewood Houston.
In his free time, David enjoys working on his house, traveling the globe, cycling on his road bike, rooting on the Alabama Crimson Tide and Tennessee Titans, and "crushing" books on Audible. David is passionate about smart and sustainable growth of our city. His favorite non-profits and charities are Room In The Inn, Open Table Nashville, Narrow Gate Foundation, and Healing Hands.
